Lea offers the following bodywork modalities:
I incorporate Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage with Polarity
Therapy for stress and pain reduction, improved physiological
function and mind-body integration. The cornerstones of my
practice are deep relaxation to support the grounding of stress,
compassionate listening and wellness education. I can also
include Hatha Yoga and Polarity Movement exercises that the
client case use daily as a form of self-care.
